Hall Productions designed these light boxes specifically for Mailroom Inspection applications. These light boxes have high output LED lighting, helpful for the inspection of mail. They provide light intensity up to 5 times as bright as our standard light boxes. The Mail Inspection Light Boxes should be used as one of several tools to help achieve a level of safety in regard to the mail. Even a brighter light can not penetrate heavier envelopes and wrapping paper. Light boxes alone are no guarantee of safety.

What should make me suspect a piece of mail?
It's unexpected or from someone you don't know.
It's addressed to someone no longer at your address.
It's handwritten and has no return address or bears one that you can't confirm is legitimate.
It's lopsided or lumpy in appearance.
It's sealed with excessive amounts of tape.
It's marked with restrictive endorsements such as "Personal" or "Confidential".
It has excessive postage.
